We prepare athletes to dominate their conditioning tests and their competition. Our youth fitness class is for kids who want to get in shape, gain more self-confidence and establish a positive work ethic that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. We focus on stability, balance, core strength, agility and conditioning which hits all aspects of being an athlete.
Youth will become motivated to achieve their goals and learn the skills they need to grow, mature and succeed in life. They will make new friends, as well as learn social skills and the importance of teamwork and motivating others. The most important thing kids will take away from this class and how to, “Get Better Every day!”
